Scott Jobin-Bevans (Ph.D., PMP, P.Geo.)

Managing Director, Principal Geoscientist

Scott is the founder and Managing Director of Chile Exploration Consulting (CEC) and Principle Geoscientist (Founder) of Caracle Creek International Consulting, based in Canada. He has nearly 30 years in the mineral exploration business that has included field work, management and administrative duties, research, report writing, presentations and project finance. Dr. Jobin-Bevans has more than a decade of direct experience with public and private companies as an officer, director and technical advisor and has been involved with taking several private companies public. He is a registered geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO), an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Geology, Lakehead University and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Areas of expertise include project generation and management, due diligence reporting (valuation/evaluation/auditing), managing multi-million dollar projects from generative stage to advanced exploration and development and research and reporting and targeting with respect to mergers and acquisitions and investment in various commodities including precious and base metals. Scott has a wide range of exploration experience in most commodities including expertise in magmatic sulphides (Ni-Cu-Co) and PGE (Pt-Pd) mineralization, gold, silver, copper (porphyry) and base metals (VMS).

He has an extensive industry and government network and served as President (2010-2012) and a Director (2002-2010) of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). In 2013, Scott was awarded the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of his significant contribution and achievements as a volunteer in the Canadian minerals industry.

Corporate Controller/Logistics Manager

Wanita has more than 10 years experience in the mineral exploration industry working closely with Caracle Creek International Consulting. Working closely with the Managing Director and Project Managers, she is at the forefront of daily operations ensuring that all financial and logistical aspects of our exploration projects are being managed. She is also the Company’s point of contact for contracts, human resources, all financial matters, and corporate governance.

Wanita is proficient in Deltek Vision Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), a centralized, web-based system for project management, and is well versed in multiple accounting packages.

Cody is originally from Alberta, Canada and moved to Chile nearly 10 years ago after spending 2 years in Mexico. He works with senior management teams and investors navigate the legal and commercial aspects of operating in the Latin American Region.
